Terms of use

These terms describe use of VideoGeneratorApp, a macOS creation tool operated by Dan Vrajmas. For support, contact danvrajmas@gmail.com.

Your content and accounts

You retain your rights to your content. Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage, and use media, voices and other material you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content, publishing settings and audience labels before publication.

Connected services

External services require their own accounts, permissions and, where applicable, paid usage. You are responsible for provider charges incurred through your configured credentials. By using YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Provider availability, quotas and authorization requirements can change.

Local storage and access

Keep backups of important projects and protect access to your Mac. The app stores its working data locally. Connected account access may require reauthorization if a provider expires or revokes a token. The app does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.

Responsible use

Do not use the app to infringe rights, impersonate others deceptively, publish unlawful content or bypass platform restrictions. The intended audience setting must accurately reflect the content and applicable platform requirements.

Availability and limitations

The app is provided as available. Generated material may contain errors and requires your review. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the app will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and stopping use

Read the privacy policy for data handling and account revocation options. You may stop using the app at any time. Uninstalling it does not automatically remove local data or published content.

Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Contact the operator if you need clarification before continuing to use the app.
